If, after making a purchase through this website, you decide that the service is not for you, we will be happy to offer a full refund of your purchase if a request is made within seven days.
You can apply for a refund by the following methods:

- By Post: Please send your request to Customer Services, Numbers Plus Ltd, 470 Bath Road, Bristol. BS4 3AP.
- By Email: Please send your email request to firstname.lastname@example.org.
n each case please quote either your Numbers Plus account number, invoice number or purchased telephone number to assist us in locating your order.
Your refund will be processed within two working days. Card payments will be refunded back to the card used to make the purchase.
Partial refunds may be available upon early cancellation of the service where a fee has been paid in advance. We require a minimum of thirty days notice of any service cancellation request. Partial refunds will be at the discretion of Numbers Plus Ltd.
