Network Outbound VOIP call recording can be added to any virtual Numbers Plus telephone number. Outbound call recording solutions are ideal for telemarketing companies, credit control departments or any other organisation dealing with sensitive and confidential data.


You can use any SIP VOIP compatible client to make your outbound calls, and this will also use your Numbers Plus Virtual Number as the CLI of the outbound call, enabling anyone to call you back on your Virtual Number.


All our call recordings are saved in user friendly mp3 files, and outbound recordings can be emailed to your email address, or a group of email addresses at the end of every call. Alternatively, recordings can just be stored online, which can be retrieved at any point in the future by logging into our online console.


If you would rather use a SIP trunk, then that's no problem either, our system can also do network based call recording on all outbound calls made down your SIP trunk with us. These can also be emailed to you, or be stored online to be retrieved at your convenience.
